the system that controls the hovering maneuvers is controling the ejecting system also. The pilot on the 2nd plane on this footage stated after the ejection that the plane was fully controlable and there was no danger from the AOA which you can see was about -15 degrees, but the system is build to auto-eject the pilot if it states that the plane is in danger such danger... That's why they're rebuilding it still....
