@hoper777 It's the geth plasma shotgun, which came out in the Firepower Pack DLC. It came with two other weapons: the Mattock semi-auto rifle, and the Phalanx, a heavy pistol that does even more damage than the Carnifax, but uses a laser sight which is slightly harder to aim with than the crosshairs, due to the sight swaying a little.
