Amazing , that is the only words that came to my mind besides Beutiful but that word downsizes that fish . Good catch I am very proud to hear you released him. i caught a 12 pound brown trout out of the naches river in washington with an ultralight rod and 4 lb test. I had to be so careful reeling it in because the line was about to snap

hey gecko, when was that? the nach is one of my favorite rivers but i've never even seen anything that big

yes the naches is a great river for some nice trout. i caught this about 3 years ago in a deep deep hole under a huge rock about 10 miles south of whistlin jack's motel.

rangeing from looking identical to salmon

to golden colored

He measured 26 1/2 inches and scaled 7 1/2 lbs. A handsome fish for sure.
