  • wrong you need to hold it for 10 seconds

  • It does even more for you if you hold it for longer. If you are just starting ballet, 10 seconds is probably ok, but as you get better, you can stretch for longer.

  • @cjgardnerhomes if you hold it too long you can actually damage your muscles by pulling them

  • @balletstarroxs0720 wrong you hole it for 30

  • But the rest of the excercises are good ;)

  • The last excercise.... your knee always comes first
