i think to truly enjoy the work he does. you have to respect the circumstances and their decisions as a band. sure they are on a hiatus but sean is gonna have a family soon and he wont be able to travel as much

@tomravesloot its and educated guess cause you have to look at album sales and how pummeled after every release, then capital records dropped them so they are searching for a new label, so illegal downloads is my reason for lack of record sales cause yellowcard has the best sound to me then most of the bands you might catch on the radio and tv but for sum reason cant sale.

Ocean Avenue was a good album. so was lights and sounds. business wise, I know it sounds very corny but they should've had more radio-friendly song. Instead of Lights and Sounds as the first single, how about Hollywood Died? instead of light up the sky, how about Fighting? you know, they really should've thought about tht.

The reason the went on hiatus is because Sean was getting married and LP had family problems. Plus, Pete left the band. And Mendez has a wife and they might be planning a baby.

Just shut up about it.

what i think would be a better idea is adding sean o'donnell to the remains of yellowcard that still wanna be a part of the old group, in a year. sean would be a great addition. i just hope that if that happens, that lp would still be there, he's one of the biggest parts of yellowcard in my oppinion.

It's called a hiatus, also Sean Mackin was having time with his family beacuse he got married a while ago.. So there's actually a nice chance they get back together. I mean, we have seen Blink-182 make a big comeback.. (after 4 years)
