No, I just didn't know some facts first. First of all I did not know that Pikkon had died at this point in the series (which is simply speculation). Secondly I did not know that King Kai was not as useful as he should have been. King Kai obviously knew of powerful fighters in Other World that would be willing to save Earth and Namek (due to the tournaments held there), but he didn't even bother to mention them when thousands of humans and namekians where being killed.

Cell and Goku both pushed each other to limits, with Goku's Warp Kamehameha cutting Cell's power in half. Cell might of been a bit stronger, but I don't think Cell could easily defeat Goku, or guarantee victory at all. It's not always the strongest who wins. It was just an example of how someone could destroy someone stronger (Self-destruct, etc).

Goku's ssj1 vs Frieza is clocked at 150M so a Kaioken would double that to 300M minimum. Kaioken can go up to x20 which would make it 3 billion which would probably shatter time and space =P
