I like how the girl represented the earth aka the plant: there was no nature, nothing but pollution and tech, which eventually killed her resulting in her husband's sadness. If we do not take proper care of the life on earth, then we, too, will end up losing the life we love forever, and it can never be rebuilt or replaced.

What is it with guys and their robot girls? Tons of images, stories, and the real world goal of quite a few nerds and apparently beer drinkers (commercial). Except for one or two stories and one movie I can't think of stories with women obsessed with male robots and what there is ALWAYS ends badly? Curious that. I can think of a lot of ways guybots would be superior to real guys. But that's competition a guy can't beat or else they'd be different instead of ... what they are.

She strikes out to the "other"world, bo stays home and does his non-natural thing. Boy neglects the rose, it dies (becomes almost as dry and mechanical as the other things he cherishes), She sees that, and in an attempt to recover yhe rose, dies.

@nerdygurlrulez You probably don't.... It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to do stuff like this. And a LOT of time. (especially for stop motion). It isn't really something that you learn so much as practice though. You could apprentice under another artist or go to art school if you are serious, however. (There you just learn techniques and dedication, aka: deadlines).

You're thirteen, you don't really have to worry too much about it yet. If you really do want to make videos, make sure that you make ones that you think people would want to watch. Saying 'I didn't have an idea, I just felt like making a video' isn't entertaining. If you want to get into animation, experiment a lot and practice constantly. The same goes for becoming a novelist, start writing stories and entering competitions until you're proud of your work. :)

Ok, first off the animation and design for this film are brilliant and show a lot of precision to detail. The message is also a wonderfull one. But I have 2 remarks regarding the work, first off, since there is no narration or dialogue, I believe you could say the same story and keep the message intact if it was a little shorter because at times it would get a little tedious, secondly, while the music was great, I felt like the film could use much simpler classical music to give it a classicfeel
