(1) CHILL THE TABLE. Get a tray of ice and use a fan to blow the cool air over it or print in an air-conditioner very cool room. Without cooling, hot melted chocolate will just collapse on itself.
(2) SHORTENING. Most "candy chocolate" is made by thinning it a bit with vegetable shortening. It flows smoother, molds easier.
(3) REYNOLDS PARCHMENT PAPER. It is an oven-safe silicone-infused paper which allows easy release as a molding surface. Good to mold polyurethane hot glue.
