how can i force a card just by fanning out the deck??

correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm pretty sure you can't.

you can use sleight after he picks it but fanning is always free choice

easiest way i know when fanning the deck is just have them pick a card without forcing it. keep it fanned out and have them put it back where they want. if you position your fingers correctly behind the fan you should be able to either feel the card on the bottom or see it on the top when they put it back. then just pull some false shuffles and get the card on the top or bottom.

Your joking right? Please tell me your joking. All you do know what the top card is, then have the spectator call stop. When he/she calls stop you cut the deck, but hold the top card so it falls on the top of the bottom half.
