This song was my favorite song when I was 5 years old. Soon after, I heard The Sweet cover it and LOVED it! Over the years, many people covered it but this SUCKS! The Sweet has the BEST version of this song. Bon Jovi should stick to their own songs.

No, this version is NOT as good as Sweet's. But first of all, this is live and second, it IS a cover of a cover. Now, if they made a studio version of this, it actually might not be half bad! I like Bon Jovi a lot and think he has a great ear for making a song sound good. But like I said, won't ever match Sweet's version. This still ain't bad though!

I think this is a perfect example of some old guys that perhaps have good taste in their private time yet cannot seem to emulate the swing of the original. Keep in mind this isn't a black & white thing strictly because the original was done by an integrated group and an all white group called the Sweet, did it great justice in their cover version.
