The 3rd one tells you the "recommended" way to eat something (step 1, do this, step 2, do this, etc.), and the 5th one is from a menu talking about steak - they're letting you know that they will cook it however you prefer :)
The Japanese phrase 注意 - Chūi equivalent in Vietnamese is Chú ý; in Chinese is 注意 - Zhùyì; in Korean is 주의 - Juui ...pronounced pretty similar :__:
