I worked in a record store back in the seventies. I was maybe 16....One day this album comes in ... Guy on the COVER that looks like he's wearing a woman's BLOUSE strutting down a New York avenue...My pal Daryl and I laughed and tossed it to the side. BUT- we both listened to the new, strange, CBGB-NEW YORK bands...maybe this outrageous looking character had rare TALENT, so we put the album on... We knew from the first tune that this was INDEED the real thing. ...THIS was the best song! Great!
Yea it was a weird cover for sure! It does no justice to the gems on this record. The guy and Joe too are just monster talents
