On the topic of dressings, just go for straight up balsamic vinegar. ts low calorie, sugar and you don't need to use much to get a nice strong flavour. Couldn't recommend it enough.

And food manufacturers say it has 0 calories, that is because they're allowed to put it on the label anything with less than 5 calories as zero calories :(
@paintedd It really becomes second nature once you make it a lifestyle. A diet has to be something that you can do for the rest of your life or else you'll go right back to an unhealthy diet and cave in to unhealthy foods and then you'll probably end up gaining more weight than what you started with.
@leanbodylifestyle I agree. After a while you become so far removed from eating unhealthy foods, it becomes difficult to imagine eating any other way. I find myself constantly doing equations in my head. "if I eat x, I'll have to run x amount of miles.." etc.. Being as objective as possible with your food choices makes staying fit much easier.

If it's above 5 cal, they have to put the real amount on the label.
