  • Great vid. Also, a lot of light or fat-free dressings have sorbitol added, which can make some people, such as myself and several others I know, extremely sick. Some people do well with it, others are very sensitive to it, so beware of that if/when buying the light or fat-free dressings. Just check your labels people! :) I've never tried mustard on a salad, but I'll give it a go. :)

  • sounds like you had a very thirsty dog...lol.

  • Hello! I always look forward to watching your video :) Thank you always for the information :)

I heard American veges which you buy have a lot of chemicals. As you know, those veges don't go bad quickly....

  • @miahoo04 - They have no chemicals. Just look at the ingredients...they are just frozen.

  • Please give the video a like if you don't mind! I can't tell you all how much I appreciate it.

  • horse

  • "Light" ranch dressing... lol.

  • @syzygy271 i prefer dark ranch dressing

  • Make a video on what you eat throughout the day. Like every meal

  • i want to see videos talking about what to eat to lose weight. kind of a guide lines on foods you shouldn't and should eat thanks.

  • Hidden valley Ranch is fuckin AWESOME

  • That dog was thirsty :D

  • @heaneyboxing haha I was using head phones and thought it was my dog for a second!

  • what do you think about iceberg lettuce vs romaine lettuce?

  • great vid! some more of these in the future would be appreciated

  • great vid

  • Awesome vid, thanks for posting this after request.

Of course you can always cut more calories... romaine lettuce or baby spinach for salads have much more nutrients than iceberg lettuce which I feel is practically all water. But I think you're going for healthy living, and you're doing just that.

I'm always curious if I should care that I marinade with low fat marinades that do have sugar and such lol.

  • Do you use a meal plan? If you do, could you make a video on meal plans, if you use any help like books to make em or just calculate your daily calorie intake and then split it up in 6 meals or so?

  • veggies give me a boner

  • At my grocery store, I get Heinz reduced sugar ketchup.. 5 calories per serving. can't even tell the difference either

  • @leanbodylifestyle I have a question, I like eatin salad..I eat it with regular ranch though..will I still get the nutritions that are in the salad even with the regular ranch or no??

  • Can you make a video for a ab workout. Like a 10-15 minute ab workout that can tie in a day

  • Salad Dressing - Blend , Tomatoe, Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, Cilantro. DONE no preservatives, no added anything

  • AND you stil use a microwave? this is so confusing bro, i have mad respect for you respecting your body, but your muscles should not be made of microwaved food, hormone ridden meat and un organic salad

  • You should get LOCAL, ORGANIC meat, that meat you have is pumped full of hormones. Do you have a farmers market nearbye?

  • There is a WHOLE nother level for you bro, try eating a WHOLE FOOD diet

  • good thing i hate ranch and mayo

  • good vid

  • What do you think about fresh salsa in your veggies? really good taste.

  • take us with your cam to the grocery store, that would be awesome, tho i live in germany xD

  • On the topic of dressings, just go for straight up balsamic vinegar. ts low calorie, sugar and you don't need to use much to get a nice strong flavour. Couldn't recommend it enough.

  • Salsa also really works as a dressing/sauce, too. Thanks for the video :)

  • @ShaneALanG yea Salsa is just awesome. Make sure if you dont make it yourself that it doesnt come with sugar or similar bad stuff.

  • Video's i would like to see in the future:

    1) Lat's workout

    2) High protein meal's without protein-powder

  • @thegnjdk agree. I'm afraid of those powder things.

  • @eugie73 Me to, and it did not make i better when i read that some produktio's can heart you liver!

  • Great video Thank you very much

  • yah

  • lol who has 5 tablespoons of ketchup at a time?

  • dude! Due to playing squash my right arm, shoulder and chest is a bit bigger then my left! What to do to fix the symmetry?!?

  • You forgot about the skim milk ;) Do you eat any fresh vegetables like baby cut carrots? I find them great to snack on at work.

  • 2:12

    And wash it off.

They come with soooo much nasty stuff in it.

  • good one

  • sweet i cant wait to find some turkey breasts haha

  • very nice video...keep them up commin like this ...can anyone tell me if when someone sais calories it is diferent from kcal? i am reading a lot of lables and i keep finding only kcal and not cal...i know 1k cal= 1000 cal but when you say in a video calories you mean cal or kcal? thanks

  • @egosblue8

actually 1 Cal is 1000 kcals.

he means kcals, kcals are whats shown on food labels here in the US, but they leave the k out of kcal.

  • @OGFISHERMAN777 thanks ...

  • hey Michael,

nice video, but how come your mustard has 0 calories and 0 sugar? Dunno if it's a germany-thing but here I can't find any mustard without sugar. They have about 80cal/100g in avarage. What brand do you use?

  • @charmaman

    Yellow mustard.

And food manufacturers say it has 0 calories, that is because they're allowed to put it on the label anything with less than 5 calories as zero calories :(

  • @charmaman

So if it is below 5 cal, than the manufacturers can put 0 cal on the label :(

If it's above 5 cal, they have to put the real amount on the label.

That sucks isn't it? I think it's only in the USA...

  • @HollanderT12345 Yeah, I guess... That really sucks. It's definatly not like that here in Germany...

  • Very entertaining 8-)

  • I commend you for eating like this, I never could. I eat healthy, but this is extreme, at least, to me it is.

  • @paintedd It really becomes second nature once you make it a lifestyle. A diet has to be something that you can do for the rest of your life or else you'll go right back to an unhealthy diet and cave in to unhealthy foods and then you'll probably end up gaining more weight than what you started with.

  • @leanbodylifestyle I agree. After a while you become so far removed from eating unhealthy foods, it becomes difficult to imagine eating any other way. I find myself constantly doing equations in my head. "if I eat x, I'll have to run x amount of miles.." etc.. Being as objective as possible with your food choices makes staying fit much easier.

  • @CandidCarl Great attitude right here!

  • @leanbodylifestyle Yeah I suppose so. I mean, I eat healthy and have more then enough exercise, but when I'd have to start substituting dressing for Mustard I would definitely be a sad panda. Either way, keep up the videos dude! I love 'em.

  • Hey Michael, can you please make training videos again? Or combine it with your food videos. Because we didn't see it for a while...

  • Mad props for doing this bro.

  • Fortunately for me, I like just about all of this food. Thanks for the suggestions!

  • I waited for this :D!

  • nice vid.
