@Pulsationz It is a sideline law. I would love to hear what you think common law is and how it gets formed, because from what I can tell you don't even know what YOU think common law is.
@Pulsationz It's my job? I've been correcting you guys for free, but if you're telling me I can get paid to do it, send me the link. I'll apply today.
Seriously though, common law is any law that isn't written by a legislative body, like congress. It's basically limited to laws that form in the court room through judge opinions. People bring a case into court, and there's no statutory law that deals with the issue, so the judge makes a decision, and his rule becomes common law.
@Pulsationz Sorry, but you don't appear to have a clear understanding of what common law means. You might want to research the topic further. Common law does not mean law that forbids injury, loss, or fraud. It means law that's created by the courts.
@Pulsationz You're telling me that if you entered a foreign society, you should be free to do as you please without being subject to their laws, unless you consent? Then what's to prevent you from going to any society and committing thievery and murder, and simply declaring you don't consent to their legal system once it's time to accept your punishment?
I'm sure it sounded great to you in theory, but in practice it's less than desirable.
@Pulsationz C'mon... I'm completely open to an alternative suggestion, but you don't even have one. If you think I'm wrong you could at least give me some kind of support for a different position.
@Pulsationz The case law is well established. Tagging, residency, or minimum contacts are the most common ways a court will establish personal jurisdiction. Any search you perform on Personal Jurisdiction will tell you the same. Consent wouldn't even be an issue in most traffic cases because 99% of the people who receive a ticket will either 1. receive the ticket while in the state, or 2. be a resident of the state. If either of those is true, PJ is already established, even without consent.
Jurisdiction isn't obtained by consent. It can be, but typically it's obtained by residency in a state, presence in a state, or by having contact with a state. If you refuse to answer to your name, all you're going to do is confuse the judge. I swear, 90% of these videos must be jokes to try and get people to do the craziest stuff they can think of in a court room.
The English and the American court systems are different with different terminology. Where can I find the necessary distinctions for the American court system please, and from the beginning as I don't know what to do to appear under special visitation?
I am confused. So how do you NOT follow an order? If the Judge says "sit down", or do this or that?
What are you supposed to do? Say No? or just not do it? Isn't that contempt of court or something? It sounds like damned if we do and damned if we don't.
Pardon my ignorance as I am very new to all of this. By the court trying to establish jurisdiction does that mean they are trying to tie you and the strawman together as one? Do they have to do that to begin their business?
So very true. You should also see, "The Money Masters". Research The Federal Reserve and IRS. All leads back to the Bank Of England and into the pockets of Rothschild and Rockefeller. That £20 note in your pocket is exactly what it is, "nothing but paper". Its a receipt.
Correct; Only its much worse than paper, you may use and discard the average piece of paper without any further consequences, not so with these nasty little IOU's; They manage to endebt you, your children, your property & the whole bloody community, AT INTEREST, now and for ever in perpetuity, all for your one quick little transaction!
Have to give the Bastards credit for creating a slave society that everyone sees and few notice!
