Congrats Nintendo you just released another game that wont come out for another 6 months after the console that wont be out for another 6 months... how ironic.
This is only a tech demo people. A tech demo does not mean a video game demo. A tech demo is too show the features and functions or graphics in a simulated demo. Usually tech demo's are not playable. This is only a nintendo simulated movie of zelda too show the Wii U off. And this is unlikely the next Legend of Zelda. Sorry too disappoint. Cause I too would love for this too be the next Zelda.

I love the graphics and everything but i dont know if ill be able to buy it...I don't even have the 3ds yet. So im still thinking if i should get the 3ds or just wait a bit longer and buy the wii u. Nintendo is making so many new devices I cant keep up :(
this is even more amazing when you consider that this will be how first gen Wii U games will be capable of and they already look extremely good. towards the end of a console's life cycle is when developers truly manage to squeeze every bit of processing power to make games look way more amazing than they did at the initial release of the hardware. if you look at 360 games today, they look way way way better than the games that came out at launch (kameo, cod2).

@CommandoBenSky to get that experience you would have to pay 500 plus having to find a game thata completlt compatible then buy it on both systems. Wiiu will probably do all of 4. Oh and uncharted aint special.
@TheGamerboy777 there is no just fight over the consoles. PS3 fanboys are pro PS3 and Wii fanboys are pro Wii. i must admit that the games for ps3 together are better than Wii. Wii has 10% of the games that are worth playing imo. Theres about 3 series of games that I would play. Thats all where as PS3 has tons of games I would play. But just as i said b4 if u like wii games u like wii. if ur into ps3 games u like ps3 and i dont even have a ps3 i play xbox
@FunnyStuffAllDay It has nothing to do with being a fanboy or not. Hardcore gamers prefer the PS3 because it has a larger library of such games. Casual gamers, and those who don't take video games too seriously, prefer the Wii because it includes simpler games (notice I said simpler, not easier). But the Wii U is going to reconquer the hardcore gamers, or so we are told. Let's hope that the Wii U becomes the SNES of this generation... hardcore + casual.
@AltairEgo1 Yeah I know, for example Super Mario 64 is a simple hardcore game. Hardocre gamers tend to prefer complex games though, and the PS3 has more complex games than Wii. Nintendo plans on remedying this with the Wii U, or so they say.
@Armoterra thats not true. first of all, Wii is a family orientated system, therefore its for 3 year olds up to adults. if it has as many adult games it would be unbalanced...PS3 does have better games on it than Wii but you know what, PS3 is only for hardcore gamers. if you want to have FUN then you should go to Wii. i personally think a SERIOUS gamer needs BOTH. PS3 for hardcore action, and Wii for a little fun with friends every now and then. BTW at least Wii has COD. WiiU will have even more
@Itsuchi2 youre confusing complex/realistice/hd graphics with "hardcore". its true that the wii is more family orientated, but even family games can be hardcore. Dknkey Kong Country Returns is an example of a hardcore game. I dont think COD is a hardcore game. Anyone can pick up an play it. It has realistic graphics but its a casual game. You dont need to be a "true gamer" who sits down for hours a weeks to play it. I'd dare a COD fanboy to complete DKCR at 100%.

Ok I see a couple of the comments asking if this is skyward sword. Really? Have you seen the trailer for skyward sword? It looks nothing like this at all! This is a tech demo to show what the wii u graphics look like. It isn't a game yet and we don't know if nintendo will turn it into one.

@nintendoliciousful Well you have to look at it this way the Wii does 480p graphics and the Wii U or this Demo is in 1080p so there is no way to make it look the Same on the Wii cause not even the PS3 can make this kind of Graphics
I just hope it'll be like the others where you have free movement... not like how this makes it look... Which is a game where it's preset movements and all you do is "press A now" "press B now"... If so, then that ruins the puzzle solving, adventure, and battle techniques of Legend of Zelda...

Casual gamers, and those who don't take video games too seriously, prefer the Wii because it includes simpler games (notice I said simpler, not easier). But the Wii U is going to reconquer the hardcore gamers, or so we are told. Let's hope that the Wii U becomes the SNES of this generation... hardcore + casual.

@AltairEgo1 Yeah I know, for example Super Mario 64 is a simple hardcore game. Hardocre gamers tend to prefer complex games though, and the PS3 has more complex games than Wii. Nintendo plans on remedying this with the Wii U, or so they say.

@Armoterra thats not true. first of all, Wii is a family orientated system, therefore its for 3 year olds up to adults. if it has as many adult games it would be unbalanced...PS3 does have better games on it than Wii but you know what, PS3 is only for hardcore gamers. if you want to have FUN then you should go to Wii. i personally think a SERIOUS gamer needs BOTH. PS3 for hardcore action, and Wii for a little fun with friends every now and then. BTW at least Wii has COD. WiiU will have even more

@Itsuchi2 youre confusing complex/realistice/hd graphics with "hardcore". its true that the wii is more family orientated, but even family games can be hardcore. Dknkey Kong Country Returns is an example of a hardcore game. I dont think COD is a hardcore game. Anyone can pick up an play it. It has realistic graphics but its a casual game. You dont need to be a "true gamer" who sits down for hours a weeks to play it. I'd dare a COD fanboy to complete DKCR at 100%.

Vita was further into development and had more to show. Wii U has already confirmed 3D capabilities for 3D TV's. that wasnt at E3, was it!? so Wii U@E3 2012 is going to be VERY hot! trust me, youll C!

@Itsuchi2 wii u is a controller! also it cant have better graphics than a ps3 since ps3 runs on 4 processors, it uses one entire processor as graphics only, the wii u on the other hand is a fucking tablet controller for the wii, pretty sure it cant get 1080p on it since it probably only has one processor in it. Wii u cant be better than ps3 because wii u is not a system! wii is not hd, it uses component cables for it unlike ps3 where u can us hdmi and its uses blueray disks instead of dvds

@JBird632 i am in fact 17 years old, been in college for almost a year now and my major is game art and design. Wii U is not a controller so lay down on the crack and listen to me. Wii U has everything that PS3 has plus more. SYSTEMATICALLY the CONSOLE that has a nice controller with it IS physically/electronically/logically a system with more/higher capabilities than sony's LAST GEN gaming console, the PS3. but like i say, im done with this...i am NOT a wii fanboy. i hate Wii now. ill buy Wii U

And u havent said anything thats fact yet, wii u is just an updated wii with a tablet controller. Ps3's processors and blueray drive make ps3 unbeatable for todays gaming, plus the new system is planned for around 2013, with gaphics beyond anyones imagination, xbox has the same graphics if not better than the wii u
