This chilling theme where jungle man Alan comes face to face with the huge lion in the hallway of the perish household could be used in a PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN fan vid / fan trailer, 'cause of how heroic, jungle-like, and riveting it sounds. This could be included in other fan vids / fan trailers of personal favorite epic films of the 2000s. This could have been used as trailer music, 'cause movie trailers sometimes have themes from other films used as trailer music for those films.

Lol, when I was a kid this movie scared the CRAP out of me. If it ever came on I'd shout, "Turn it off!! This movie is scary!"

The one thing that scared me the most was when child Alan was sucked into the board game. It made me think if I played any board game, I'd be sucked into it too. Lol.

Now that I'm much older, I love this movie to DEATH. :)

The only clue I think you missed was the one Judy got saying something to the effect of "There is a lesson you will learn: sometimes you must skip back a turn" (that's not word-for-word, but that's the general idea. It comes after Alan gets the quicksand clue.)
