18 (Glenn Dale) is 1st due Squad in that side of 39's area.
The problem is that there is no where for cars to pull off in that section of road, so with two lanes of traffic backed up you have to wait for either the light to change or people to have enough sense to run the light to let the trucks through. Seeing as the backup is usually far enough north, it means waiting for the light to change, of going up the wrong way.
That small stretch of 197 (actually in 39's first due) is a traffic problem between 450 and old 450. Running up the wrong way for that short time most likely saved 3-4 minutes delay
@CentralHDTowing Wow thats a cluster of an intersection 3-4 minutes, we have a few places like that in my area but we have a grass wide and deep grass median wed never make it over. Does 39's first due bump into Glenn Dales 1st due a bit or were they running into 39's area?
