at school this was my favourite band...it was so sad they just made 2 albums and split up...the solo career of johnson was very poor...why didn't they never make a reunion

@mahoelihaai They tried to make a reunion, but Johnson didn't want to do it. He was fed up with the band members. They had a show on MTV that would go to some of the old bands and try to get them to agree to a reunion. Frankie goes to Hollywood was one and Johnson was dead set against it.

That's got to be the best ever live version of Holly's song i've ever heard, He holds his notes perfectly and delivers a really difficult vocal arrangement without effort or trouble. His Voice has not lost any of it's uniqueness or grace.

as much as I do like his vocals and this version of the song: here is an update, he is not singing live, this is the itunes holly j version just recently released!! but i must say..i would have done the same for a 'love show' ..its just the pits when show producers edit your song down to 3 minutes and have some studio guests exchanging a bunch of roses while you're performing...
