Basically, he was in a car accident with his bro n sis-in-law years ago. They passed away. He had probs with his leg. His gf (her) left him w/o a word too. She left him bcos she had cancer n had to go US for treatment (the guy's mom forced her to leave w/o a word)

He felt betrayed and devastated (duh!); she left without explaining anything!

Now she's back to look him up, recovered. He rebukes her (tears welling in his eyes) and says some hurtful things. *he still doesn't know why she left*
