Well,if they used a different name there wouldn't be nasty videos in the search even if they don't have the album out yet. Even if they have 2 albums out all the nasty videos will still be there and new ones added.

Steve & Joe had to practice 10 hrs a day to become what they are. Eddie was playing classical piano before he was ten,playing different scales, Scales have been around alot longer then you think. I"m pretty sure if Eddie was a soloist you would hear great stuff.

Listen to me, I have been playing guitar for 20 years. I play in a popular local hard rock band and I have taught many people to play guitar. I have learned things from brand new students. The may play something that I had never thought of or maybe come up with something that broke some "rules" but sounded cool or I liked the idea. Who the hell cares who is better than who? VAN HALEN sold more tickets in 07 then the Van Hagar tour in 04. The 04 tour was not a success on the business end. Promoters lost money because of Van Hagars $1,000,000 per show gaurantee but the ticket sales didn't add up.

I think ratevideos has some issues in his past that he has yet to resolve. You need help man(or woman, I'm not going to be sexist), but it's ok because they have counseling for people for people who are depressed because they haven't really done anything with their lives except flame others on the internet, or maybe you got butt raped by a man playing a banjo, but they have those counselors too.

Steve & Joe had to practice 10 hrs a day to become what they are. Eddie was playing classical piano before he was ten,playing different scales, Scales have been around alot longer then you think. I"m pretty sure if Eddie was a soloist you would hear great stuff.

Listen to me, I have been playing guitar for 20 years. I play in a popular local hard rock band and I have taught many people to play guitar. I have learned things from brand new students. The may play something that I had never thought of or maybe come up with something that broke some "rules" but sounded cool or I liked the idea. Who the hell cares who is better than who? What counts is this, does a particular player inspire you, or make you feel something with their music?

VH got me playing guitar when I was a kid, but I love Satch, Hagar and Chad Smith is a badass. I love the two tunes I've heard. What's wrong with lovin' it all? Like every other super group in history, this one will ultimately collapse under its own weight. Remember HSAS with Hagar and Neal Schon? Their album Through the Fire is unreal. But what happened? Too much hype and unrealistic expectations and executives who don't know their ass from hole in the ground. RIP Chickenfoot. I HOPE that I am wrong!

Joe Satch would be better off doing his own thing with a unknown singer, I think it would sound newer., This sounds like what Dave did by getting Steve Vai. I never heard Eddie playin VAI & SATCH stuff., but I have heard vai & satch play EDDIES stuff!

I don't think I did. But anyway it's a silly point, Joe Satriani is using things invented by Hendrix back in the 60s, but that doesn't mean that Satriani can't possibly be better than him. Hendrix in turn was influenced by the likes of BB King. According to your logic Hendrix can't be better than King.

Really? Invented? What would that be? Zappa tap solo'd before Van Halen did. Steve Hackett from Genesis had a tap solo in The Musical Box and several songs off Nursery Cryme way before Van Halen was even together.

Actually no one ever tapped the way Eddie does. I've seen other people do it too but not like Eddie so he invented a style that thousands of people copy. He invented a guitar that music companies copy.

Oh pish posh. Do you know how many guitarists have invented guitars that music companies copy? Hello? Bo Diddley? Les Paul? Brian May? Any of those ring a bell? And Steve Hackett and Zappa tapped like that before Eddie did. His form of tapping was quads..which is what Hackett from Genesis did. Hell, you want some tapping mastery? Listen to some Niccolo Paganini...violinist who tap soloed the violin in the 1700's - 1800's and he plays triplets over quads.

VAN HALEN is a band and they just toured last year and had their most successful tour ever. Now Fagar is jealous so he put Chickenshit together thinking he will be as big as VAN HALEN. It won't happen.

if you count 'most successful' as bringing in the most money, then I'll give you that...but, that's just simple math, they charged more...they played in front of just as many people in 2004 but didn't charge such high ticket prices...i liked all three versions of VH, but, refused to see the tour you speak of because they hasn't made new music...sam is an artist, making music is what he does, it's why the drama of VH means nothing to me...no competiton, just music, and sam makes it, mikey too

VAN HALEN sold more tickets in 07 then the Van Hagar tour in 04. The 04 tour was not a success on the business end. Promoters lost money because of Van Hagars $1,000,000 per show gaurantee but the ticket sales didn't add up.

They may have sold more records while Fagar was in the band but thats including the records with Roth on it. VH has 2 diamond awards with Roth with over 10,000,000 albums msold. Van Hagar doesn't VAN HALEN sold more albums then Van Fagar. Why do you think Ed retired Van Fagar music?
