It most certainly isn't Petula on the second vocal, any more than Jane Birkin or BB. It's one of the session singers from KPM whom Gainsbourg used on his recordings at Phillips studios in Marble Arch. I always thought it may be Kay Garner, who did backing on many sessions at the studio
