Moreover, the prices by square foot remind me of Hawaii, you could find the same size of apt. or condos; for the same amount in N.Y. city. Therefore, it all depends what you're needs are.
I was sure this was a joke until about 1 min in. What a douche. Anyway, hippies, artists, young professionals, and freaks?! Trendy spots?! Sounds like a fucking nightmare. And for the low low cost of a fucking used car per month? New Yorkers can keep that shit. They're the only ones retarded enough to put up with that shit (and those horrible fucking accents) just to feel like they're in the middle of something big and meaningful. I'll take a $500 rent payment and some peace and quiet, thanks.
NYC seems depressing to me. Born and raised in the west, surrounded by mountains, not sky scrappers and 1400-2000 grand a month for a studio? I own my own house, mortgage is 700 a month...
He looks like bridge and tunnel trash if I had to guess. Why doesn't he show Washington Heights picturesque Dominican Quarter with it's pre war palaces? hehe.
COOL Wyatt GRADLIFE is ready to move with Rikkie in NY, -''xcept he is not strong in maths! Maybe he is better in Tampa, hanging on with Justin and savin' a bit before movin' there in NYC.
Delancey stop? No real NYer wound say "TAKE THE SUBWAY TO DELANCEY STOP. I hate you transplant NYers walking around my City like you know where you are. Your the reason why a studio apt go's for $2000 now. These transplant invaders are always walking around dangerous places at 4am b/c the media is telling them that NY is safe. Then when they get mugged their always on the news saying "i can't believe this happened here, it's usually SAFE HERE". SHUT UP! You don't even know where HERE is!
OMG!!! 1200 to 2000 for a shoe box studio!!!? :O Do this prices have change do to the crisis, or had they remain the same? Fuck Seems like I'm stuck here in Tampa :(
OMG... I almost choked with the prices of a studio to a one bedroom... No wonder so many new yorkers move here to Florida... you can get a awesome ..3-4 bedroom house for that much in the tampa bay area.. with a pool
Thanks for these helpful videos, I will be in New York next week and this will be my first time. Knowing the things you need to know beforehand will keep you away from trouble.

Hahah. I'd rather own a house in the country and have a bunch of kids and a foxy big titted wife and a truck, two cars and a motorcycle for 2000.00 a month.
You can get cheapear apartments than that in the lower east side and east village. Like these kind of videos, keep it up! BTW the second avenue line is happening man ;)
you're forgetting that along with that price tag is a life surrounded by endless culture, entertainment, foods of all cuisines, transportation, and so much more. it's a small price to pay for all the happy returns each day living in this great city. $2,000 divided by 30 = roughly $67/day to experience these treasures. not to mention that you can make a good wage here which covers the housing expenses anyway.
