I love Fieros!

In 1988 Pontiac made many major mechanical improvements that made this Car a real sports car. Too bad it was too late. I've always thought the exterior was beautiful and after awhile even the interior grows on you. The redesigned suspension on the 88s made it very fun to drive on Mountain roads and they all were perfect for daily commutes... My next Toy will be another 88 with the IronDuke!

The signs were put up because the automatic car washes were known to heavily damage portions of the fiberglass body work on the car, such as the fragile side moldings and black trim that runs along the car would get ripped off by the large brushes.

Well thats kind of where the story gets confusing.. Some say it was a one of a kind kit, some say he made a handful of them. Ive seen pictures of this kit in 3 different colors.. now, are they 3 separate cars, or was it repainted 3+ times? Thats what noone really knows. The original is still with his wife/family as far as i know.. Its a shame he didn't live long enough to make it a kit, its a beautiful car.
