You mention the word "nostalgia" in your blurb about this piece. So true, & as I've posted on other tracks by Mr. Johnston, there is a sense of longing in his works that I find wrenching & poignant. Haunting,intense, sorrowful, a beautiful tapestry of grief. I can feel time slipping backward into the past, as in a dream, images hazy, the air sweet & heavy & full of sighs. And the tears burning in the corners of my eyes.
I can't thank you enough for this. This was undoubtedly one og the best, most powerful films I ever saw. And the soundtrack is just perfect. So intense... Thanks again... could please upload the whole thing if it's not too much?!
I loved this movie so much, well deserved Golden Globes wins for Nighy and Blunt, the beginning is so haunting, the flowers... this music!...

I'm not sure if you can download it but it's available on cd. I got my copy on the Play website or you could try Amazon.
