I know what you mean, however I didn't allowed the chaotic world out there to polute my soul, my mind. Even a wise guru from India when asked: how can you b so in peace when the world is falling apart, there are so many wars and poverty?...he answered :" in my world there is not wars, just peace and joy"...meaning each of us r responsible for our reality around us and that's what we can build upon.
