umm, whats the difference between killing a non-target and ur target?

I think if u kill target u got 180 sec waiting and if u don't kill target u can just leave whenever u want right?

@Supersim696969 wrong. if you kill target then you dont have any penalty and you get target points. if you kill someone thats not your target then you get rogue points and a penalty.
