I raised him from about 4-5 days old. He was abandoned and turned in to a wildlife rehabilitation facility. They realized immediately he wasn't a wild duck but a domestic duck, so they called me.

I wonder if she raised him from birth? They trust people a lot more when raised by them. Muscovy ducks are fun animals. (But messy too.)
