I've seen you down to low health alot of times and you pause and go to check for a potion, but you dont use your level up. Using your level up during combat is a free full hp/mp restore.

@Lexinoz -grabs the youtubes bag and follows closely- Woot! And also, just a tip for stealth, don't underestimate lower light levels making you harder to see, if you come out of the shadows, you usually have another second or two to swing before you're "detected." And I never knew that thing about breaking lockpicks! Dx
