  • wow. ur quite slow...but it looks pretty good. u should do more underwater kicking...

  • get your arms more relaxed for the free.. create bow waves.. makes your breathing more streamlind bringing down times.

Keep your legs straight and kick from the hip..

  • On you free, try to keep your head more parallel to the water. It'll be much more streamline.

    Good job, all around

  • bet she can fuck quite well too...

  • walay angay murag baki!

  • x.x

  • are you doing dophin kick on the first one? because if you are you should be underwater for the whole time if your not dophin are useless to use. ( thats what my teacher told me)

  • I think she practicing her butterfly kick, idk if it's completely right though

  • The Sound Quality in this video is terrific.

  • who sang the song?

  • Mai Kuraki. The name of the song is "Time After Time" (though not to be confused with Cyndi Lauper's song of the same name, which is totally different).

  • thank you all very much for the comments, I will try to do better later. ;)

  • Nice swimming skills, and nice song...who sang the song?

  • on butterfly, you come too high out of the water. instead of bringing your head up, push it forward.

  • you flail your arms a little bit on free. and on backstroke, try not to cross over by pointing your fingers outward, not inward. then, make it feel like your arms are way wider than they are. (make a Y shape with your arms)

  • butterfly is fucking useless

  • For butterfly, you are breathing too late. you need to pull, breath, and by the time your arms come to the sides of your face, you need to start having your head go down immediately.

  • For breaststroke when you wind up yoru legs, make sure your feet aren't goin straight for your butt, you need to have your feet lifting up and outward, to catch more water in a heart shaped kick, versus a circular breaststroke kick.

  • when kicking dolphin kick, make sure not to have your feet come so much out of the water, it achieves nothing in the air. keep feet submerged.

When you streamline off the wall, submerge your body first, and make sure that your head is down, between and under your arms, versus having your head look up.

As for backstroke, I would keep my knees in the water And rotate much more, to get my shoulders up.

  • selection of music is fantastic
