From what I can see. Yes the Air is way better, not only a much faster CPU, it allso has Nvidia 9400 graphics, which is far better than the slow Intel GMA which the Atamo has.

I still wouldn't buy either of these ultra-thin BOUTIQUE laptops. Couldn't use any laptop which lacked a DVD burner. For my use I like the standard aluminium MacBook, its just right.

When Macs first used intel processors you didn't see PC fanboys complaining.

Apple fanboys who just see something that looks remotely good tries to discredit it by saying its a mac copy are just too selfcentred.

Just because someone owns a mac or likes one doesn't mean they have to belittle other things. I personally like my Dell Laptop, however I would like to get a mac for particular reasons. I don't go around boasting one over the other.

the idea of a thin notebook with a body made out of a single block of aluminum must clearly have been "inspired" from apple's macbook air. i think it looks better than most notebooks but for my apple-oriented eye it has too many details.

why do (at least) 7 of 10 innovations come from apple? as far as i know, dell also "got inspired" by the all-in-one design of the imac. copies of innovations aren't innovative anymore, they just show how uncreative dell is.

Wow, you do realize that Macs run vista! And they're faster and less expensive. You could actually play Crysis at low settings on a MBA, on an Adamo you get the worst components that could never do that. Plus Mac is cheaper. The Mac runs OSX and Vista too.

i agree with you, they definitely got the solid sleek aluminum look from apple... but they out did apple at their own design. That laptop is way better looking than any of the macbooks. Macbooks/pros are plain and boring, nothing creative about them at all. Apples design team must be really lazy to keep recycling the same boring designs over and over. Takes some notes apple design team!

it's a matter of taste. i really like macs and the adamo design is fine. i think it's better than most (nearly all) notebooks i've seen.

@ATLMember i have the 13 inch aluminum macbook i love it and they do look very nice...but they definitely are simple maybe a little too simple for some people. I'm hoping the next macbooks/pro's will have a more interesting design like adamo. They cant beat the macbook multi-touch trackpad though.
