Phentermine week#2 day #8- part 1

I've been quite fortunate that I've not gotten sick when I take my pill on an empty stomach. :-) I actually take mine an hour before I eat breakfast, but I do have a subscriber that got a headache when she tried to take the pill b4 eating. I kind of see Phen as an experimental drug for each person as it effects so many people differently. How long do u wait after breakfast b4 taking your pill? I thought I read somewhere that ppl should wait 1-2 hrs after eating 2 take it, but I could b wrong.
