thats reaaaly fast, but i saw my pulcher running about two times faster than this, The thing is that almst every tarantula have these capabilities to perform a lightning run, but their different characters, behaviours make them running nervously all the time, or taking slow walks like brachypelmas.

dziwnie to trochę napisał, mimo to murinus może być dosyć śmiertelny, ma bardzo groźny jad i jak już ukąsi nie daj boże gdzieś w okolice szyi/klatki piersiowej a nie w przykładową rękę to mamy nieźle przesrane.

well, I have seen P. murinus of a friend of mine and it is fast. But I think arboreal spiders are much more crazy :D.

And yeah, murinus can jump and get on the side of the tank and than fall, shake and live on :o.

One hell of tough spider imo.

made it for my friend who decided to buy that spider and it would be his first tarantula... i touch my spiders only to feed'em and to clear up.

btw. body of P. murinus is adjusted for very fast running and jumping.

that's too high for a P. murinus sling/juvi, plus they aren't arboreal (despite occasionally showing arboreal tendencies when provoked). they're mostly terrestrial but often like to burrow. i strongly advise adding more substrate to give your little OBT that opportunity, rather than prodding her with tweezers for the benefit of your friend.
