That says from the "day" thou was created. There was no such thing as a "day" until God spoke the first day into existence in Gen 1:5. Why would God allow a fallen angel with iniquity into Paradise? I say He didn't! Satan was perfect until he caused Man to sin in Gen.3, this is when he falls.

You're trying to say that God made ALL things, including Lucifer and the rest of the angels, only around 6000 years ago. Not what the Scripture says. Yes, Satan is called 'serpent' because he inhabited the serpent that tempted Eve, but Scripture is very clear the Satan was once the angel Lucifer, an anointed Cherub.

That's an assumption you're making which is wrong. True application of the Gap Theory does not allow for such an assumption. There had to have been days because TIME existed.

The bible chronicles man's failure to overcome evil on his own. In fact it shows men turn from God, the source of good, and prefer evil. Because man is helpless in this, God provided a remedy in Jesus.

@Philos2006 have you researched the linguistic roots of the key words here? When He says He creates EVIL what is the word in the original Hebrew? Greek? does it mean all things evil? Does it refer to bad things that happen like hurricanes and volcanoes? Help me understand.

@rebelstang Did you know that the comment was made originally by a Reverend Caldwell in the revolutionary war? They had run out of wadding for their muskets and the only thing at hand was pages torn from the Bible. When asked what they should do, the good reverend responded with those words. I believ I read that is a book called "The Light and The Glory" early American History from a Christian perspective.
