it's reeaaally hard to understand what the heck is going on, if you havn't read the manga! this episode actually doesn't belong to the manga, I don't know why, but well, it's just not there xD and yeaah... the manga is very very very light shonen-ai.. you kinda get to know they fell in love with each other very late. there is only ONE (!!!) freakin kissing scene in the WHOLE MANGA! which was like.. really disappointing for me, a hardcore yaoi fan girl. and the end was soo unsatisfying! -.-

Sorry to disillusion you, if you bothered to do any research on Earthian you would know that it is not a smut series, but a romance with a deep story that goes beyond this OVA. Any sex that happens in the manga is just as brief and tastefully done. Sex has nothing to do with the depth of the story. You might want to find something else. Also I never really liked OVA 3 and 4 personally.

After all when he first saw him he did have black wings, and the only other angels with black wings are Lucifers, So he must have felt alone thinking that no one else was ever born with black wings naturally like him.

The anime doesn't really explain it but Elvira and her crew are black angels and they are not Lucifers, they were born on earth. And if OVA 3&4 are supposed to take place after the end of the manga (which I am assuming since Taki was badly damaged on the Metatron in the last manga) there are already black winged angels on Eden. Chihiya was the first of an evolutionary transformation. So the angst over black wings at this point makes no sense to me. Plus he didn't angst like this in the manga.
