  • Good driving, I use similar methods when I race, anyone looking to get smoked in this game still add my Psn .... x2Ez4_CapoFr

  • hm thx, i will try to learn drifting. Yeah i meant brake not break ofc lol..

btw 1 more problem, HOW can u efficiently dodge collisions? i try to use handbrake BUT it starts to drift and im failed....... =(

  • @MrGerdhal Hmm, have you tried to use handbrake and very fast another handbrake in the opposite direction?

I'm not the best to ask about avoiding traffic (many can confirm what I will say now) cuz I often crash ;). But to avoid I either prepare for traffic to come somewhere or if I'm not prepared a quick handbrake to the side, and another one to straighten the car up, usually does the trick.

I hope you atleast got a hum of what I was trying to say there..

  • ur fantastic :))))

i got 1 problem, actually i think i use break too much if i drift... CAN u drift most corners without any breaks? and when to use break to drift? i just cant get it how to drift without using break....

  • @MrGerdhal Now I dunno what kind of brake you mean, but you can drift most corners by "tapping" the regular brake. You should tap it just before you enter the curve.

To drift without using brake you release the acceleration button and then push it again.

    Practise makes perfect..

  • Is the Apollo's top speed really that low? You can't be using MPH (since that would be well over 600km/h), so if you're only reaching about 370km/h, the Apollo seems rather pale in comparison the the rest of the tier in terms of top speed...

Other than that, you don't seem to make much use of the overspeed effect nitrous has at top speed, have you tried that?

  • @salanos The top speed of apollo really depends on where you are. @360 km/h it turns red, but with NOS you can go all the way to like 415 km/h+. The highest I've reached is 425 km/h in a downhill ;)

  • @NFSARUnholy That's still very low. 360km/h is even lower than the F1 (est. 394km/h unboosted, 385km/h if you just consider the redline point), while the other cars easilly exceed that rate without much nitrous on a straightaway...

And the F1 goes up to that speed too, with nitrous.

  • @salanos Well, the F1 cannot keep the speed above 400 km/h for a long time, and it's acceleration is crap. The Apollo can maintain a higher speed for a longer time then the F1 and it turns even better. But there is places where the F1 is better then apollo, for example at the circles, where it's possible to reach over 360 km/h while drifting with the F1. So all in all, both are very good cars, but the overall best racer is actually the apollo.

  • @NFSARUnholy Won't judge on the turning since the Apollo isn't in PC, but from the looks of things, it seems like I'd still manage a higher average speed with the F1.

  • @salanos

You can't go wrong with either cars, both are very good. When it comes to playing online in a room full of people, Apollo is the better choice simply because of its faster acceleration and smoother drifting. With it you can get to be 1st in no time so chances of other screwing you up are lower. Also, if you crash, hit something, lose speed, you'll gain that speed faster than you would with F1. When it comes to making the best time on a track, F1 is better for some tracks.

  • @LancastX I'd love to try the Gumpert for myself, but PC players get nothing of any use, so...

  • @salanos

BTW, anyone even plays this on Hyper online PC? I just bought the game but I can hardly find any players and anyone who I do find, are bad.

  • @LancastX There are, but the amount of people playing on PC pales in comparison to the consoles. And even then most are playing Super or Exotic, often times with the overpowered SL65 in the former.

  • @salanos

This game is such a fail on PC in so many ways...Biggest is that there is no way to chat with other people.

  • @LancastX The terrible (or rather lack of) multiplayer interaction system and the lack of extra content is what's holding the PC version down. Otherwise the PC version is still a pretty solid game (it must be, if it's held my attention for more than a year).

  • Im still finding it difficult to grasp how you are counteracting the weight shift velocity on the apex of the bends (without losing speed?). I have tried combinations of the L2(handbrake) and brake and nothing works, i still lose speed around bends?

Sometimes i have got around the bends fast but that was when i applied 'opposite lock' steering but even then i still lose speed because you brake just before the corner.

Your track times i cannot beat :(

  • @concernedagain Just tap the L2 button to start the drift, then try to keep the angle low. Try to not turn hard. but to really use the whole road, if you end the drift too soon you lose speed. If you instead, keep drifting a bit more then before, then you gain back some of the speed you had before. I hope that answer helped you a bit. (Sorry for such a messy answer..)

  • @NFSARUnholy Not at all, i understand what you are saying :).

I drift quite a lot in the Porsche 911 that helps beat most RX8 racers but not to the extent in which you are performing?, i OBVIOUSLY need more practice, i have 'met' the rest now i am facing the 'best' :), thanks for help.

  • subbed :D

  • @eatmyshorts1619 I can not say no to a sub :D. Highly approciated!

  • Great video, great tutorial.

  • amazing driving skills bro..i have not seen anything like this before....awesome...awesome...awesome

  • @JohnCenaNationTV Thanks bro, always nice with some good comments :D

  • Superior handling, no joke^^

    100/100^^

    keep em coming!

Oh, can u make a tutorial on howw to go fast on seacrest tour?

    appreciate if u do^^

  • @SingaporeLoveItachi I would recommend to use 1 of the bugattis, just because of that the race is just alot of corners in the beginning, which then turns into a 50 km highway race. Master the corners in the start and stay as long as possible on the oncoming and I'm sure you will get a good time. (Around 12 minutes is possible once you've mastered the first corners. Below 12 min takes some practise but is possible. My fastest is 11:56 on Seacrest Tour without any glitch.)

  • Other than those, you did the track pretty well but this is not really a good tutorial for new people. There are many other situations when driving online that require you to do different things and use a different strategies.

  • @LancastX It's just main tips on how to become faster. Believe it or not, but I've seen ppl get faster after seeing this, which makes the tutorial work. Anything from 0,01 sec faster to 10 sec faster, is still a improvement ;)

  • 0.34 - you're right that you have to keep angle as low as possible but there's also something missing that you do wrong. Look at 0.41, notice that when you drift you go a bit right, left, right, left but that's not what you should aim for. You should aim for driving smoothly without going right, left almost at all - it saves you speed. 1.34 - that's wrong, you're not supposed to use handbreak on that shortcut because you lose speed, just L2, saying to use it because it's easier is a bad tip.

  • @LancastX It's very hard to with my recording device as it actually change the performance of the cars. They drift different from when I don't record. ( For example, I don't even need the handbrake once on The Ultimate Road Car when recording.) I can try to improve my recording skill, thanks for the comment.

  • good driving

  • @xbo0oyx Thanks mate ;)

  • Nice 1 :)

  • @MrSmartSuitcase Thanks ;).
