You can do have freedom in BAJA: just try to find the 5 unique places (like a petrol station, the top of a mountain or a train station) in each of every 10 stages

Freedom is nothing good in a race game, shortcuts are BAD for tight races

These are not tight races and it goes by wat kind of car u drive and u can actully just drive around like on GTA or go into a race and u find new cars. Now im not gunna say BAJA sucks cuz ive never played it but from wat i see on here this game looks btr

BAJA (the THQ version!) doesn't suck at all, it's a great game but I don't like the arcade damage system and that the longest race was only 2h 30' long but.... it stills beats FUEL by a difference of a couple of miles

Well, it's obvious... graphics aren't all on a videogame and freedom sucks when you're talking about side-by-side racing

Circuits & hillclimbs are AWESOME and compete in a HUGE time trial with other competition classes and even traffic on public roads cannot get much more better than in BAJA EoC

But this is a completely different kind of racing. People aren't expecting the same kind of racing that BAJA is offering. Myself, I find the ideo of gettint to the the checkpoint any way you want really exiting.

Also, "freedom sucks when you're talking abou side-by-side racing". I'm sorry, but isn't Burnout Paradise the most succesfull racing game of this generation?

You're missing my point. My point is that BP is this kind of freedom racer, and it's selling really well and is really good, even though people thought it would suck since it would be freedom instead of the regular Burnout formula.

Burnout Paradise? No matter how old that game is, that game will never die. One of the best racing games EVAR (misspelled on purpose). And freedom doesn't suck in side-by-side racing. It just doesn't.
