Anyways,I don't like Bank of America's practice of having different due dates for credit cards based on whether you have a balance or not, because the only thing that does is confuse people.One month it is a certain date.Then the next month it is another date. You can imagine how a person can get things accidentally mixed up and accidentally pay late and get hit with late fees and increased APR. For this reason, I always thought they were shady and untrustworthy. Other cards are not like this.

No, they said it was a civil suit which means there are no criminal charges (anything "serious") civil court is more about suing people for perceived injsutices, it'd be like if somebody murdered a family member and you didnt feel satisfied with criminal court, you go sue them in civil court for your 'damages'. For guys like Lewis, civil court can barely take a drop out of their oceans
