  • I made a website about this: (google: dreamcast massive memory card) the stevenmatarazzo site, It works with Windows 98, XP had issues with it communicating to the device. On the page I have the manual and the download for the CD with the software for the PC if any of you need it. I got mine from the Digital Press VideoGame store in Clifton NJ for under $15

  • I just got one of these! and no gameshark doesn't have save files for Dreamcast anymore :( Plus this NEEDS windows 98 and will not work with xp.

  • You need to get thumb grips for the controllers. It makes them amazing!! google dreamcast thumb grips for more details

  • Does it connect via USB?

  • @shaurz No, uses those old serial ports.

  • I've read that these types of memory cards can be unstable, is that the case for yours?

  • @BLUamnEsiac Mine seems to be fine.

  • @AdamKoralik

be careful bro, i had one of these back in the day and a couple of the pages got corrupted and i lost data,

  • @Shinobi006 Thanks for the warning.

  • Can you do a video of the internals on this thing?

  • @kasm279 I have no skills as far as opening things.

  • @AdamKoralik Mainly just flipping up the front panel to show what the insides look like, not taking the thing completely apart. I'm interested in how tightly everything is packed in there :)

  • I have Vista and it's yet to do me wrong. I'm stickin' to it!

  • i had vista and i went back to xp

  • can u take the dreamcast out?

  • @MrGabrielicious Yeah, but its kind of difficult.

  • About the kiosk, does anyone know where to find a tutorial on how to remove the fan or disable it???(its kinda loud and useless for the amount of time i use the kiosk)

  • dues anyone know were to find one

  • no they don't have sega dreamcast and is almost inpossible to find the codes for dreamcast i can't find anything for that system

  • I have this sucker. Though I've long lost the cable and disc. You're actually the only other person I've ever seen that actually owns this as well. Can't seem to find *anything* about it online to get replacements.

  • @TsukentoX Replacement software? Or the replacement cable?

  • @AdamKoralik Both, actually.

  • @TsukentoX I could upload the software for you, but that wouldn't solve the cable problem.

  • @AdamKoralik Yeah, lol. That's okay, though. Thanks for the offer.

  • @TsukentoX No problem.

  • Haha! I still use Windows 98!

  • @WaddleJrJr Woah...why?

  • @AdamKoralik I accualy have a PC/Dreamcast server set up to play my Dreamcast online without having to buy a Broadband adapator. I would still like a BBA since I am a Dreamcast collector, but for now, at least I can still play Dreamcast online.

  • @WaddleJrJr Check out my BBA video. I get questions all the time on how to set up the PC/DC server, and I've never done it. You might be able to help some people out.

  • would love it if u showed us how u changed a game

  • @strictlysega What exactly do you mean?

  • @strictlysega Oh wait, do you mean open it up, take out a disc and put in another?

  • @AdamKoralik yes,, ive watched ur other kiosk vid and as awsome as ur modded kiosk is with its doors etc id love to see u open it with u new found key and change a disk... do u even need the key for that?

btw have u seen our tribute to the dc celebrating 10 years since the pal release,,

  • @strictlysega Actually I never needed the key, its just a bonus. It gives it the ability to lock in place.

I could show it if you really want, its not that interesting. It just flips open and you change the disc. Then you close it back up.

    I haven't before, but I'm watching it now. :D

  • @AdamKoralik ahh is that all.. i thought u could open the front up like a door.. dont worry about it then,,,

hey cool.. hope u enjoy.. i know u wont agree with my top ten but if i did it now id probably have shenmue at number 2

  • @strictlysega Well, it kind of opens like a door. The top part flips up, the second part (clear part) comes out completely, and then you complete access to the system.

You know whats funny, I tried to import and Australia Dreamcast kiosk at one point. But yeah...the shipping costs made that an impossibility.

I'm actually watching the top ten part RIGHT now.
