@PrincessPirate88 As I understand, a "Civil Danger" or "Civil Emergency" is anything, other than weather, that would possibly cause a threat to life or property. Things such as meteorites, missiles, terrorist attacks, or godzilla (or any creatures like him) would be considered a Civil Danger.

@27722700 no, terror attacks and missles are a emergency action notification. A ean is something that is VERY catisotrphic to the local area. it would cease transmissions.

Love the message, but a technical failing. Wrong EAS attention signal was used here. The tone used was the attention signal used by the NOAA Weather Radio All Hazards EAS system. The two tone signal is the one that should've been used here as it is used by television and commercial radio stations.
