  • you have some great stuff here

  • Green plants have metabolised all mankind's additional carbon dioxide. To form new life. No weather effect possible. That is a nuclear lie.

  • @JonThm Correct.

  • kk

  • Climate change is fiction from nuclear power

  • I'm in my 78 Dodge, flooring it with black smoke coming from the tailpipe while I watch this video and laugh.

  • 1.Weather is far to complex, thus impossible for us to make long term predictions.(even the short term predictions are often wrong)

2.Even if we are causing the global warming, why spend millions to prevent it? we could spend those money to be prepared for it because we now change will come even if we do nothing wrong - it seems more reasonable to me.

3.If it will happen, i can`t agree with IPCC on the consequences. they are simply beyond logic and come in contradiction with nr.1

  • @andreiuta171

1 Nobody's trying to predict the weather in the long term. That's nearly impossible. What is easy to predict is the climate. Wait, let me try. I predict there will be snow in New York in January. I predict there will be several hurricanes over the Atlantic between July and October 2015. I predict that if you plant olives in southern Spain, they will likely thrive over the next 20 years. I predict there will be at least 10 days over 100F in Houston next summer and none in Anchorage.

  • dianna777dee - have you watched YouTube: ...Van Jones Espousing Communism & Progressive Spiritual Activism

  • Nature does nuclear fusion from the turbulent flow of compounds of hydrogen

  • extreme weather seems to bigger than 'global heating' at present - has bigger immediaite effect see the headlines.

In CA, it is not warmer, but the old climate pattern is blown to hell!

  • The primary source of energy keeping our world warm enough for anything to live here is our star. Our distance from that star varies enough to change the amount of energy our earth can catch. Additionally, the suns output varies through time. That's why we see changes in temp on the other planets too.

  • @356pla True! Ice ages are cyclical with orbit variations, melting permafrost releases CO2 creating a warming periods. However, CO2 concentration is now higher than its been in the past 650,000 years and shooting up. This is causing an unnatural, unprecedented and rapid (in earth terms) temp increase. It's happening faster than species can evolve and will disrupt human civilization that's arisen based on a temperate climate. Messing with our atmosphere in this way is a very risky experiment.

  • @voteclimateinfo Humans (and other lifeforms) have adapted to arctic conditions as well as to some of the hottest spots on the planet. If the average temp on earth rose by 12C there will still be a few spots cooler than Cairo. As long as we don't abandon the use of our intelligence (or that of some of us) out of a sense of impotence such as you live with, we wil more likely adapt and thrive than any other outcome. Csll me an optimist if you choose. I can live with that too.

  • @voteclimateinfo Melting permafrost may release CO2 but no one has yet proven that a rise in CO2 causes an increase in average temperatures on earth. The models used to support that contention are inadequate. We are a clever species but we need to be realistic about our limitations.

  • @voteclimateinfo dosent mathane have 4 times the effect as a greenhouse gas than carbon dioxide?

  • @steviewonder417

It depends on which time scale you want to consider. CO2 stays much longer in the atmosphere than methane. So, on a short time scale (about 20 years), methane traps about 72 times more heat than CO2. On medium time scales relevant to us (100 years), it has 25 times more warming potential than CO2 and on longer timescales the number goes down. There are some interesting tables on wikipedia. Search "global warming potential".

  • @voteclimateinfo wrong it was warmer during the MVP and co2 is an effect of temp not a driver

  • @busguy100

Would it be inconveivable that CO2 could both be a cause and a consequence? In my understanding, climate scientists have known for many, many years that warming in the past has caused CO2 to rise by outgassing from the oceans as well as by other mechanisms. For example, the huge temperature swings from glaciations to interglacials can't be explained by the weak solar forcing from the Milankovic cycles in Earth's orbit alone. So, CO2 works as an amplifying feedback: +CO2 -> +Tº -> +CO2

  • I don't know what everyone's talking about!

Obviously Megan Fox is causing global warming. She is so hot!

  • Wake up people. On one hand you believe your government and it's scientists (they pay) and swallow this bulldust about climate change. Meanwhile, you sit back and support them going in and bombing Afghanistan, Iraq and now Libya on humanitarian grounds, while they produce millions of tonnes of more CO2 emissions through these war activities. If they tell you you're gullible, you'll believe them. Show me facts ... real facts, not theories.

  • I can not help but be in awe at how well they can persuade millions of the lie that global warming is occurring at a measurable rate and that it will effect a future generation or two. It is even more disgusting that people vote on people based upon their environmental stances. The only thing that I agree is a major problem in this video is our oceans. I wish I could do something about it. Hell that might be a good career choice!

  • This video is an abuse of statistics! If you ask what the definition of hottest year ever is to anyone they should say the average temperature in every location possible for the entire year being the hottest ever recorded, however this is not how an uneducated person would say. This type of person that doesn't educate themselves as much as possible would believe this video. Also more species than three go extinct every hour. There is an insane number of species. Including microscopic.

  • How 'bout some SOLID scientific evidence to back up all these CLAIMS of global warming? I've done my research. For one, CO2 lags behind weather temperature by at least 200 years. The ocean alone gives off far more CO2 in half the time than all factories and cars combined. Wake up you tree hugging hippies!....... Did I go too far?

  • @Scaly420 I like trees enough to hug one now and then but climate change happens whether we add a little more CO2 or not. The suns output varies and so does our distance from it.

  • @356pla Sense. *Attach this to first message*

  • @eifersucht2 Well, CO2 and humans realy has nothing to do with earthquakes, just the random movements of the tectonic plates...

Also, I was just proving a piont with that.

And, it's mostly the facts, I don't listen to the musice est my friend dared me to watch a vidio on the haunted maze... e.o. And pics realy have no afect on me, exept when there on hunting...

  • I wanna do something! But I'm only 13! LET ME VOTE T-T

  • Wow, I didn't know it incresed! I thought a spices whent extinkit every 30 minutes!

  • what a joke!

  • Haha, rate of 450 disasters per year? Whomever forged that didn't realize that's more than one per day. There are plenty of unanswered questions here: what is normal? The climate has been changing since the earth formed, why are you so strongly opposed to it now? You say extinction is 1000x natural rates but many biologists say we've probably only discovered about 3% of all species in existance, so a raw # of extinctions means nothing right? +you failed to connect all this & humans to warming.

  • @eifersucht2 Well, I'll be happy to answer your questions, 1. in 2010, there where actily about 460 natural disasters, and have you heard about Japan? This one's gonna be worse, I can tell... 2. CO2 levels are 15% higher than naromal, wich afects our atmosphire, making ot weeker, and loughing the deadly rays and gamarays to rech our planet. That, and the artic and antartice are melting 50% faster than scientise predicted. (Hang on...)

  • @eifersucht2 If the ice caps melt, they will rais the sea level, flooding the cost line, and shrinking land masses up to two miles!

    3. Nubers have gone up, now, we are finding a 3 new spices every week, but, it's pritty sad when a spices we couldn't even learn about goes exinkt!

    4. (Hang on, I don't thnk I have enoff characters to explan this...)

  • @eifersucht2 Ok, 4. Were pritty much resposible for everything wrong with our world. We cut down valuble wild life habbitat and don't reuse the land under the useless abandon buildings because it's 'expencive'. (Come on, were spending over a billon dollars a day! It won't hurt to get rid of some buildings!) We pollut the air, we hunt for FUN, and, there can actilly be places humans haven't gone to in the ocean and you'll find a beer can there! (Hang on again...)

  • @eifersucht2 Honestly, if a 13 year old girl can put this together, surly you can! XD, FAIL!

  • @AKArainkit Unfortunately what your tiny mind doesn't realize is that ANYONE can take what somebody else said and retype it in a mangled form of English. What you also cannot understand is why a sad song coupled with images of sad things will not sway my opinions... because you're 13. Tell me how CO2 causes earthquakes in Japan and how that relates to the criteria used to determine what is a natural disaster related to human activities. "We're pretty much responsible" is not a valid point.

  • Look people there's a lot of things happening to earth n I hate it when some one makes a video about what is going to happened. First of all It's already happening 2nd we should all n I mean the world learn from this n understand that earth is just doing It's job to keep life going. And that we as humans n not animals are capable of overcoming this for future generation to know what happened n not what IS GOING TO HAPPEN. Live life cuz u only have one n it doesn't matter how u live it cuz It's u

  • climate change hmm that we are causing it i dont think so. i do think that we are speeding it up, the thing is with or without our help animals will go extinct . yes true there where 5 mass die offs in earths history but there where also smaller die offs and in none did we helped because we wernt there at the time ,and proves in my book that the planet earth doesnt need our help for mass extinctions

im not saying that we treat our planet as we should but i am saying if its our time then sobe it

  • Hey guyz...I'm lukin fr a vid on youtube...related to global warming

I had seen the vid long ago...but i don't remember its name now...

All i know is a woman speaks in the background about d destruction that global warming will cause....and those words appear on screen scrolling slowly down...there's no music in it..its barely 4-5 mins long....and the special part is that when she is done saying...she reads the said words in reverse and it has a positive meaning now...please anyone know this???

  • Very cool!

  • Save the Earth;) i will vote for trillion times;)

  • Rain does nuclear fusion.

  • we should stop saying "This could accelerate Global warming" rather its like a "Domino Effect in Climate Change" ...

if one piece FALLS most of the other pieces could fall.....

one example would be .... during 2003 Europe heat wave plants in Europe actually REVERSED their photosynthesis... it was that hot .... and actually started taking in Oxygen and releasing CO2 in the Air.....

more recently millions of "Seashell Storms" on Pakistani beaches daily... check out my video on my page.....

  • just Remember the "Domino Effect of Climate Change"

  • @watup2154 also keep in mind there is a Gag order for Climate change... it could not and I repeat COULD NOT HAPPEN

  • It's really about our footprint. You can debate climate change until you're blue in the face, but the fact of the matter is that we are consuming too much too fast!

  • And perhaps with desert and tropical regions in the US ALREADY dengue fever combined with more visitors and returning citizens from areas already inhabited by the disease has managed to naturally spread!!! IF ITS EVEN TRUE.

There you go air travels a bad thing, don't take a plane!!!

  • I'm sorry but the 'climate' is far from predictable and yes there is a temperate zone but there are weather extremes that happen all around the planet!

And those graphs look as if they belong in a disaster movie and the inaccuracy of them could be spotted by a child, I would hope!!! Droughts, storms, floods have increased ten fold!? And apparently there hasn't been one single year that has come close to the temperatures of the last thirteen in one hundred years! Yes very predictable!!!

  • @NonsenseExaggerated If you look at the voteclimate.info site, the source for the disaster chart is the UN environment program. Disasters have increased 10-fold in past 50 years. Some of this is just more people and better reporting, but tellingly, reported climate-related disasters have increased more than others. This could be coincidence, but usually the simplest explanation is the right one -- in this case that scientific projections about global warming are coming to pass.

  • This tuesday's election results will have a huge impact on my survival chances during the coming decades.

Yet I have no right to vote in a country that is not mine.

I can only stand by and watch. Fearfully.

Please, friends in the USA, hear my voice.

I beg you not to vote for any politician that has expressed doubt about the science of global warming.

  • @arneperschel The good news was that prop 23, the oil companies attempt to block California global warming laws was overwhelmingly defeated. Where CA goes, other states may follow. I can't imagine that it's a very good long-term strategy for Republicans to be anti-science -- particularly if we make this a key issue in 2012.

  • @arneperschel Wake up and start using your brain. Global warming is a crock and everyone knows it. The only thing threatening your survivability is your obvious gullability to fall for scams. The next slick ponzi scheme will whipe you out much faster than global warming.

  • @Dodger481

    Let's use our brains together.

    Is the earth warming?

If your answer is no, please state your source.

If yes, how do you explain it?

  • @arneperschel you are an idiot Go to France

  • @biggerturtle

You are quick to judge. Why should I go to France? Will that make me less idiotic?

  • ty, Amen! @arneperschel

  • from the bottom I garden with rain water, save my own seeds, and produce

1/3 of what my family eats, nope I am just practicing so when the g men take all our money in taxes, I can still feed my family.

  • i don't wanna die!!!! I am not afraid but i am just 15 and need to play more gta games and save the animals!!!

  • 5: So Dengue fever is caused by cars emitting co2? 6: So droughts AND floods are caused by global warming? is the ocean going to rise AND dry up at the same time? 7: That "disaster" chart is a joke. there is no ref and it says there was one "disaster" in 1920. Just that chart should make anyone question this video. 8: oceans give off co2 when the temp rises. And 30% "more" acidic. 30% when compared to?? 9: what an melodramatic song. Geez.

  • @mixmastermeeks Thank you for questioning the facts. Reputable sources for every fact in the video are documented on the voteclimate.info web site. The disaster chart is taken from the UN environment program. Please do look at the original.

Higher temps cause droughts and fires, but also more severe storms as warm air collects more moisture. It also melts ice.

Please research "ocean acidification" and draw your own conclusions.

  • It concerns me that it is now being pushed that global warming is a scam to collect more taxes. The same people that push this also tell us how bad Chem-trails are for us and the planet. You can't have it both ways! Chem-trails are masking the effects caused by increasing CO2. When the permafrost melts it's the CH4 that we got to worry about - Methane.

Chem-trails only buy time if we clean the rest up.

We all know not to cr+p on our own doorstep.

Seems the globalist cr+p on everything.

  • That's why we need to go and explore livable stars!

  • @TheMeurix and exploit ;P

  • We had 3 heat waves in my part of the country this summer...107+ degree indexes with 10+ UV indexes.. this has never happened here in my lifetime. That's 12 degrees higher than our average. And next summer is supposed to be worse.

  • san francisco just last week had another record temperature. 115F!

  • Does anyone know where I can get a DVD of this to show at a major Music Festival? It's an amazing video! This is urgent. Any information anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated! Please send information to rocky.highroad@gmail.com. Thanks!!!

  • @rockyanderson1 Congrats on the festival and thank you for your leadership on this issue. Enjoyed the pics on facebook.

  • @rockyanderson1 If you really want the vid that bad, just download it using one of the FireFox Add-Ons tools

  • Corporations make the demand. Advertisers push the lifestyle. People consume it. Politicians enlarge government and realise they can't sustain themselves. So in hand with the corporations they ration life itself using pseudo science and media manipulation.

Who wins? Not the people. The people are worse off and have become poorer due to higher taxes and environmental restrictions (eg. Agenda 21).

The corporations and governments win higher prices for life. The poor will still die.

  • Plan A: Kill the coal industry.

  • ok guys now tell me what can u do about it?let me tell u ...nothing we can do nothing!for an example, they say stop ignition but never say dealers or company's to stop producing more cars..coz there's lot than just global warming man as politics and business is in it too...therefore,all we can do is sit back and wait to die,it's just the matter of time who dies first u,them or me but everyone has to!!!

  • @sandygrg05

As you start burying your grave, please don't bother to waste the time of those who want to actually try doing something.

  • best of luck!

  • holy shit this video made me cry almost this is terible

  • The children are dieing in poor countries because we won't let them or help them build infrastructure. Its not global warming causing this. Why do scientist that are pro global warming never talk about the suns activity and how it effects the earth its always human activity. We all know the sun which gives our planet life is the great regulator of the planet not human activity. The planet has gone through periods of ice age to having no polar ice at all. Climate is changing like it always has!

  • @TheAkashnaik I agree preserving life on earth is really a moral question.

  • GW is nuclear fiction

  • We need a new belief system combining humanism and environmental concern. William Tarkovsky’s eco-philosophy is precisely this. Find him on youtube and at thebookofnewcreation[dot]co[dot]uk.

  • To doubters & paid propagandists: If I'm wrong but we act to pursue alternatives to fossil fuel, we'll still be ahead of the game since we're out of easy oil anyway. If I'm right, but we don't act, it means untold suffering, disruption and the livability of our planet. Given the severity of the risk, political inaction is immoral.

  • @voteclimateinfo the precautionary approach is specious. if i'm driving straight on the highway and a backseat driver says i'm veering into oncoming traffic, and i should, just to be safe, veer right, is that safe or do i wind up in a ditch?

in this case, is it precautionary to spend trillions of dollars fighting CO2 which is, to be generous, disputed as a cause of global warming, which is in itself disputed to be happening? beware unintended consequences. the left has been hijacked.

  • @RL36D First, if you're driving into oncoming traffic, you should veer away.

Second, atmosphere CO2 is 30% higher than pre-industrialization and shooting up. CO2 causes warming - scientific fact we've known for centuries. Global temp has increased 0.74°C and accelerating. Only in dispute by the fossil fuel industry and the politicians & spokespeople they have spent $3 Billion lobbying.

Third, cost of adjustment now is low. Cost of waiting until CA & NY are underwater high.

  • @voteclimateinfo underwater? ooh tell al gore to sell his waterfront frisco mansion. the ipcc itself predicts a sea level rise of at most a meter in the next century. at that rate it would take hundreds of years to have any effect.

the oil companies support global warming fears for two reasons: it justifies raising prices; many big oil companies got in on the ground floor on the carbon trading schemes. why go bother drilling oil when you can just sell fear?

    it's all a big fraud.

  • @RL36D Black is not white. Oil companies do not want gov to encourage alternatives. If global warming was a fraud, the sea level would not rise. And Gore does not live in SF.

  • @voteclimateinfo

Please five us a date as to when CA and NY will be under water.

  • CO2 is plant food.

Where is the scientific proof CO2 is toxic?

The Earth has cooled for the last ten years and will continue to cool until 2030 - check out Piers Corbyn's web site.

Extreme weather has occurred regularly before the invention of the "climate change" church. It is a natural phenomenon for the climate to vary. The problem is how the corporate media sensationalise the weather.

  • i havnt noticed it getting hotter just alot of bloody chemtrails spoiling the summer,i want my blue skies back.....

  • @magnusea I take it then you do not believe in evolution or creatures ability to adapt to their environment? You seem to be turning your back to the mass coral bleaching occurring during EL Nino years and instead spouting your own beliefs. You also seem to be turning your back towards satellite measurements showing that the increased warming of the planet is conclusively due to a rise in CO2. You're just stating the same old propaganda that has already been debunked.

  • I am interested how looked like Arctic in 13th century or US are in this same century, what about fires there?

  • for all those idiots who don't believe in global warming well,EXPLAIN WHY THE PLANET VENUS IS HOTTER THAN MERCURY!!!!!!!!!!!

why? cause 96.5% of its atomesphere is made of co2 and that explains something. SO EXPLAIN THAT PPL WHO DON"T BELIEVE IN GLOBAL WARMING

  • @pollutions908 Give me the stats on an official website

  • The fact is that global warming and cooling is a naturally occouring event that has happened for millions of years, just look at the facts.

  • @NoobsWorstNightmare True. Ice ages are cyclical with orbit variations, melting permafrost releases CO2 creating a warming periods. However, CO2 concentration is now higher than its been in the past 650,000 years and shooting up. This is causing an unnatural and rapid (in earth terms) temp increase unprecedented in human history. Messing with our atmosphere in this way is a very risky experiment.

  • @voteclimateinfo Earth is what, nearly 4 billion years old, it revcovered since 650,000 years ago and probably the many similar high concentrations of CO2 throughout the history of the planet and life went on.

As for causing warming, the triassic period was very hot, and you can't blame it on early dinosaurs driving round in polluting cars.

  • @NoobsWorstNightmare

Well, no! It seems unlikely that dinosaurs had polluting cars. What if the endless, continent-sized volcanic eruption in current Siberia that occurred at the end of the Permian had something to do with it?

As for now, did you notice any similar catastrophic eruption lately? By the way, the isotopic signature of atmospheric carbon clearly points at the burning of organic material happening right now. Hmm Sherlock, who do you think could be responsible for that?

  • @NoobsWorstNightmare

Oh, and never mind that in the process of heating that led up to the Triassic, roughly 90% of species went extinct. That's not gonna happen again now...

wikipedia: permian-triassic extinction event is an interesting read

  • @voteclimateinfo

Yup the sun will indeed increase in radiance 1% in the next 100million years by natural linear expansion if you can call a non biological function natural.

It certainly has in the past.

So is our only possible line of action to keep emitting unnatural amounts of green house gasses?

There is other stuff we will need to address @+-100mya that caused climate change like asteroids. Should we consider that every thirty thousand years when they happen or consider it now?

  • 97% of Climate Scientists agree warming is happening and we are causing it. Heat-trapping CO2 concentration has increased from 278 to 391 ppmv, cooresponding exactly with increased emissions. (Human breath is part of natural cycle and not included in greenhouse gas inventories. Please.) I have no vested interest in spreading the word about the need to reduce pollution and keep a livable planet. However, the energy industry has spent $2.9 BILLION on lobbying since 2000. Facts on voteclimate.info

  • Only a few interesting points:

Disaster had not before? Does the fact that there are more people in more places do not make catastrophe more evident? In the last three major extinctions, what industries exist? According to the chart of Bill Gates on CO2, before 1800 there was no CO2 in the atmosphere! When our population grow more than now, we will be killed to reduce our carbonic emission by breath?

  • @CapitainOne Industries (modern society) makes disaster, and natural catastrophes LESS probable. All evidence in human history points this out -- and there are salso better family planning and no population increase in a modern society.

  • Someone can tell me how much industries there are in venus or jupter?

Because are another planets that are warming too ! Some independent studies showing that our planet cooled some years of last decade and the variation of temperature follow the solar activity.

I'm know that industrial activity is devastating our environment, but this is only a attemp of the eugenist government sell to us a saving, the CARBON TAX.

  • @CapitainOne yo tell em capitain one there being brain washed into thinkng that we are the problem ,now they say theirs too much co2 in the atmosphere, then eventually they will say there are too many people as we do breath out co2.

  • @serenebboy Exact !

  • CO2 levels have been increasing since industrialization. Scientists predicted this would mean temp increases. Low and behold, temp has been increasing. Ocean acidification facts are from gov scientists at NOAA. I documented sources for all facts in the video on the voteclimate.info web site.

  • This clip is A BIG MANIPULATION for fools who do not understand science. With a very good music indeed. There is absolutely no doubt there is no connection between human emission of CO2 and climate changes. CO2 increases AFTER the increase of the temperature so it is a RESULT, not the cause. 30% more acidic oceans??? Comparing TO WHAT? How "acidic" is sparkling water? I'm fed up with this bullshit.

  • @skrybanymsnet are you Einstein,? who are you calling a fool.? there isn't worse blinded person that the one who does not want to see, do you have stocks on oil companies? We are killing our enviroment and it is very obvious. I think you are the only fool around here and also stupid.

  • Compelling

Now is the time to hold politicians accountable for this single most important issue
