I think its safe to say that 99% of the people saying that Lilly Allen and Kate Nash are one in the same are Americans. (I can say that, because I'm American.)

If you actually listened to the music instead of just the accents, you would realize that Nash has a more edgy sound where as Allen leans more toward pop. True both are roughly the same age, and possibly from similar parts of Britain, but It's very easy to tell the two apart.
