If you want to criticise the science in the paper, please feel free. A criticism of the publication is nothing more than "ad hom". If this paper was published in Goat Breeders Monthly, it wouldn't make any difference to the scientific merit of the paper itself. The only difference would be that the peer review is moved on a stage. To date, this paper is uncontested. If you want to claim the chips are paint or whatever, show they are paint or whatever.
