I know this video has been up for awhile, in just now got the chance to view it and absolutely loved it. Particularly, I love when you do the outlines. The subtle sound of the pencil is hypnotic. I also liked the way you whispered around 1:47 to about 2:10 into the video. I don't if younwhere slightlynturned away from the camera but it forced me to focus on your voice to try and capture what you were saying which intensified the chills. Keep those kinds of videos coming.

No, Denmark is not swamped by foreigners getting treated at our hospitalt. I'm curious, do you think, they still would get treated for free? B7C of course they wouldn't, the only ones getting free treatments are tax-paying danish citizens...
I won't keep digging at the topic, but it is good to discuss... couple last things I'd like to point out though :
On abortion, religion aside, if a couple is willing to have sex, and the girl becomes pregnant, that is her responsibility. Killing off the child is not a valid excuse, even if money is an issue... why? Because there are many, many loving families looking to adopt a child. At least give the little one a chance at life.
If someone is ready to have sex, they should (cont..)
also be aware that they are ready to assume the responsibility as a parent, should the girl become pregnant. If money is an isue and someone doesn't want to deal w/ kids, then hey, don't have sex. (I do realize that's easier said than done, but it's still a valid point.)
As for the HC issue... My point was that the US treats non-citizens for free in many cases. We don't turn down ppl, instead it's our tax dollars that pay for them. Handing it over to the gov. only makes it worse.

The only thing I can point out, is that if the HC in Denmark is that good, everyone should be heading there to get treatment.... but instead, we still have many many people coming to the US for treatment. If our treatment is so bad, why are so many coming here to get it?
I have never seen a case where an individual could not receieve treatment in our hospitals. We even treat illegals who have NO insurance. Our system does not need gov. assistance.
Danes only go to america to get plastic surgery if they even do that. Our healthcare system is really good IMO and I would like to pint out the story wandering whisper just told about her boyfriend. An ingrown toenail is very basic and b/c he didn't have the sorrect insurrance he couldn't get treated and risked getting an infection that could actually be deadly if never treated...
If danes seek other countries in terms of treatment it is china b/c they have treatments there for some cancer types that haven't been allowed in Denmark yet due to insuffisiant scientific proof or maybe germany and polen to get cheap dental service as that is not a part of our HC plan...
China is a scary option Danish... a good Chinese friend of mine who (gladly) left china in his early teens, warned about how little that gov. cares for it's people. They couldn't care less if you drop dead in the streets, it's not a concern of theirs. Based on that alone, I find it hard to seek assistance from a country like that. The gov. is not kind, don't fool yourself.

Oh and the whole China thing. It is a very VERY small percentage, that goes to china for very specific experimental cancer treatment, when there is no possible treatment´s left in Denmark and they are determined as terminal cancer patients.
No, Denmark is not swamped by foreigners getting treated at our hospitalt. I'm curious, do you think, they still would get treated for free? B7C of course they wouldn't, the only ones getting free treatments are tax-paying danish citizens...

I won't keep digging at the topic, but it is good to discuss... couple last things I'd like to point out though :
On abortion, religion aside, if a couple is willing to have sex, and the girl becomes pregnant, that is her responsibility. Killing off the child is not a valid excuse, even if money is an issue... why? Because there are many, many loving families looking to adopt a child. At least give the little one a chance at life.

also be aware that they are ready to assume the responsibility as a parent, should the girl become pregnant. If money is an isue and someone doesn't want to deal w/ kids, then hey, don't have sex. (I do realize that's easier said than done, but it's still a valid point.)
As for the HC issue... My point was that the US treats non-citizens for free in many cases. We don't turn down ppl, instead it's our tax dollars that pay for them. Handing it over to the gov. only makes it worse.

I think it's safe to say we just don't agree... If I got pregnant, when I was 14, I would've gotton an abortion. Because even the pregnancy would've been stigmatizing in the town I lved in. If I got pregnant now at 23 I would never even considder an abortion b/c now I am old enough and have the funds to take responsibility or I would considder abortion. This is the beauty of being able to have different opinions :) but I do not mean the best thing ever, just the best thing since Bush became president.. I also think we should've never started the was in Iraq - which was started when Bush was president. Again quantanamo should've never existed - Obama wants to put an end to that aswell and last but not least I think it is terrible that americans can't see the benefits from a new healthcare plan...

Well in Denmark we have a similar HC plan and it is working just fine and IMO better than what you have now b/c everyone can get help, not just ppl with money! Oh and Bush contradicted himself on a daily basis :)
The difference between you and me is, that american histrory is an obligatory part of our education and danish is certainly not a part of yours.. I follow your country politics b/c whatever happens in USA will have an effect on my country. So yeah I know everything about the american..

The only thing I can point out, is that if the HC in Denmark is that good, everyone should be heading there to get treatment.... but instead, we still have many many people coming to the US for treatment. If our treatment is so bad, why are so many coming here to get it?
I have never seen a case where an individual could not receieve treatment in our hospitals. We even treat illegals who have NO insurance. Our system does not need gov. assistance.

Danes only go to america to get plastic surgery if they even do that. Our healthcare system is really good IMO and I would like to pint out the story wandering whisper just told about her boyfriend. An ingrown toenail is very basic and b/c he didn't have the sorrect insurrance he couldn't get treated and risked getting an infection that could actually be deadly if never treated...

If danes seek other countries in terms of treatment it is china b/c they have treatments there for some cancer types that haven't been allowed in Denmark yet due to insuffisiant scientific proof or maybe germany and polen to get cheap dental service as that is not a part of our HC plan...

China is a scary option Danish... a good Chinese friend of mine who (gladly) left china in his early teens, warned about how little that gov. cares for it's people. They couldn't care less if you drop dead in the streets, it's not a concern of theirs. Based on that alone, I find it hard to seek assistance from a country like that. The gov. is not kind, don't fool yourself.
Another important issue in regards to the HC plan the US is currently battling over, is abortion. (cont...)

I do understand that you are from another country, so I don't expect you to fully grasp what our freedom means to us. Just as I'm sure there are things I would not fully understand about your country.
However, I do feel it's important that people read between the lines w/ regards to Obama. He's not the great man he tries to make himself out to be.
(btw, before anyone throws the race card at me, this has absolutely nothing to do w/ race. I look at character, not skin color.)

Well, I'd have to disagree on the HC issue. I'm not sure where or why so many ppl think it's broken. To place it in the hands of the gov. is deadly. It is insane to allow the gov. control over your health - bad move.
As for Obama, I don't trust the man. He's been caught contradicting himself so often it's sickening.

Though Obama is a democrat he is still way more conservative than our prime minister, who is conservative compared to danish standards :) and I am not conservative at all! So I cannot relate to republicans, they are way way waaaay to conservative for my taste. Bush was a terrible leader IMO and the healthcare plan Obama is trying to get through is seriously needed in America! I know that conservative might not be the best word for it, but political terms are not my strongest area in english.
