call hand drills build speed and you work on angles you would not fight this way just help you get better under standing for them angles

8.20 master wong u can get hit by is left arm in your face

If you look prior to 8:20, Master Wong strikes his opponent with his knee to the groin region.this would certainly paralyse any man if contact was made, and no way would his opponent be in a state to strike at 8:20 as you say.
