A person doesn't want to look indifferent or not engaged with the audience - but if you watch the video Usher looks like he isn't even breaking a sweat and that is mad cool!In the Usher video, the girls on either side of him are great dancers but the one on the left misses a mark and she also looks like she is trying too hard. It's good. The guy is an excellent dancer, no doubt about that, but to give some honest feedback, it does seem like he is trying a little too hard. I have danced all my life and I know what it is like. I have seen that in my own performances - it's just that the music takes me away so much & I love what I'm doing so much. The passion/excitement make me want to give MY ALL!When I have seen myself on tape afterwards, I wished that I would have played it a bit cooler - with just as good dancing.
