Depends on what you mean by incomplete sentences.
If you mean something like your first sentence then no, I have nothing against incomplete sentences like that. And they're not really incomplete, it's just that the predicate is implied.
If, on the other hand, the fact that something was omitted makes the sentence incorrect or incomplete, then that sentence is incorrect and I don't like sentences like that ;)

@yachtzzuuup thats the problem with police. some officers believe that just because they wear a badge, that they can do whatever they want. take that baltimore cop who beat up the skateboarding kids for instance. he believed that he had diplomatic immunity because he wore a badge, add on top of that he obviously hated skaters. but i agree totally. the officer that was driving should have gotten out of the vehicle, and subdued him by taser instead of causing bodily harm with a vehicle.

@yachtzzuuup If he wasn't hit by the car, he could have gotten away on foot. Use your brain. A certain amount of force is needed when someone is putting INNOCENT lives at risk and needs to be stopped. We don't live in fairy land where everybody stops doing their bad acts if you ask nicely.
Obviously the cops didn't try to kill him, as they didn't run his ass over. Also, the criminal put himself in a life and death situation. No one else did.

It was luck the guy (scum of the earth for sure} was not seriously injured or killed. On foot he was not putting people in a life or death situation, so it should have been handled differently. This is pure cop pursuit/street justice hype.
