Wow, I remember failing this hard the first time I played Fallout 3. I ended up running around the RobCo facility naked with a lead pipe, whacking mole rats in the face. I had no clue what to do. It's really fun when you just go exploring and you happen upon a settlement, and you get sweet quests for bad ass new weapons. My first was Ol' Painless at the Republic of Dave.

Nah, looting corpses doesn't have any change on your karma, the cupboard that has the drugs in it is in a little room in the water processing plant, just go in, close the door then open it. Theres loads of mentats and jet and stuff, worth getting.
