In first world countries you guys have the same rights and civil liberties as the average ass hole on the street - man or woman. We are pretty much equal now. There are bigger barriers we need to remove: such as putting food in everybodies mouth.

This causes chronic low self-esteem problems in men and is a huge problem in today's society. Feminism has turned women into such shallow beings. Men are denied their emotional need for a woman. You have no authority over anyone and no right to tell another gender what they need to do. Other peoples arm pits are really none of your business. You of course have the right to not enter a relationship with someone who doesnt shave, but your reaction to unshaven arm pits its really no ones issue but your own.

I was really pleased by this vid.
Reminding us that Feminism should be primarily a political equality movement is a step in the right direction. The first wave was great, and a single mighty Suffragette was worth a thousand vague third-wave Courtney Love wannabe foot-stampers. I think your ideas are moving toward post-feminist thought (considering the wider acceptance of transsexuality and the broadening of gender definitions, that's becoming a necessity). Now - make me a sandwich!

Kudos to you bringing this issue up! I'm tired of seeing feminists portrayed as an angry lasbian man-hater in the media.. as all sterotypes, they issue a negative light on the movement and ignore the actual issue at hand, which is equal opportunity in the workplace, etc etc..

I learned all about this stuff in Women Studies class at school. I loved that class so much in the end, because it opened my eyes to all the wrong doing to women.

Exactly, I am totally responsible for my kids and this world does NOT get to raise them. I am a feminist, and I do hear from my sisters some neg things. But I think they don't realize they're doing that.
