Thats a big no no throwing the needle down like that. Use your sharps. I'm used to doing it in the ambulance where the needle is flying everywhere if you put it down, though.

@JSK706 I too work in an Ambulance, have for a long time... he didn't throw the needle, he set it down to finish securing the line... thats totally ok...

One time I was in an ambulance. They wanted to give me an IV, but I said no. They tried to give it to me anyway, so I started spazzing out and fighting them
