This is the original house rave version. That sample you mentioned has been used quite a few times but it could be from a remix also that you may have heard.

ATB, ABOVE and BEYOND, and dj like ferry corsten and armin have been holding that scene together for years and they still, even as seasoned as ATB is, they still make the crowd sway and love eachother like they always have, airbase and BT too
